Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in credit operations, fund administration, or a related financial services function.
• Strong understanding of loan servicing, documentation, and private credit structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive accuracy, timeliness, and control throughout the credit process.
• Review and interpret credit agreements and loan notices.
• Enter loan data updates in loan operations system.
• Perform reconciliations and reporting.
• Respond to client and internal inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
