U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Loan Agency Portfolio Administrator to settle bonds and loans, manage cash flows, and maintain accurate asset data. You will support analysts, produce client reports, and ensure timely data reconciliation across the CLO portfolio.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment. Charlotte, NC-based office with in-office expectations and flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically less than two years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated accuracy in data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Settle bond and bank loan trades and manage cash positions.
• Track asset attributes (accruals, ratings, industry codes) and reconcile data.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly client reports and support investor reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of exceptions.
• Assist Analysts with data provisioning and improve reconciliation processes.
