24 Seven Talent in Columbus, OH is seeking a Creative Project Manager/Workflow Coordinator to join our team. This role supports a busy graphic design/creative group delivering engaging presentations for a banking client, coordinating projects from kickoff through final delivery across multiple channels.

The candidate will manage client expectations, schedules, and project details in our tracking system, assemble resources, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar client-facing position.
• Background in Design or Banking preferred.
• Proactive, collaborative, driven, and focused on execution.
• Experience using continuous improvement tools to create and track metrics.
• Ability to interpret client expectations and guide creative teams.
• Strong project-management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
• Manage projects, including scheduling, estimating, and tracking.
• Maintain proactive client communications on project status.
• Assemble resources across departments to implement projects.
• Enter and track data-related work components in the client project system.
• Manage multiple timelines and project life-cycle stages.
• Lead day-to-day management and optimize project priorities to meet expectations.
• Attend client meetings and status calls with appropriate Creative Services involvement.
• Maintain contact with clients and Creative team to set milestones and estimates.
• Adhere to deadlines and budgets while producing innovative designs.
• Track quality metrics and develop actions to increase customer loyalty.
