• Experience in fast-paced production or presentation services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Experience with PM platforms such as ServiceNow or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of PowerPoint presentation requests across each shift.
• Coordinate approximately 20–23 projects per hour based on urgency and deadlines.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and challenges to clients via email and calls.
• Partner with offshore production teams responsible for creating materials.
• Collaborate with another Presentation Project Manager to support clients.
• Monitor progress and resolve scheduling or workflow issues proactively.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and client expectations within tight turns (2–3 hours).
• Maintain accurate project tracking in ServiceNow.
• Learn and utilize Macabacus for automation.
