Qualifications

• End-to-End Production & Management: Proven, hands-on experience producing stills, live-action video, and post-production.
• Proven Curiosity in Emerging Tech: Demonstrated experimentation with tools like AI, AR, or virtual production.
• Exceptional Soft Skills: Highly organized problem-solver and strong negotiator with the ability to build seamless relationships across creatives, clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hybrid Productions: Own end-to-end production for still photography and live-action projects, from initial brief through delivery.
• Lead CGI & AI Productions: Bring ambitious AI and CGI concepts to life, guiding projects from the initial idea to polished stills and video.
• Make the Impossible Happen: Navigate complex challenges, move quickly, and find smart, creative solutions that keep great ideas moving forward.
• Embrace the Hustle: Juggle multiple, diverse projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on craft, quality, and detail.
