We Are Saatchi in the United States is seeking a highly adaptable Creative Producer who thrives at the intersection of big creative thinking, world-class production, and emerging technology. You’ll lead hybrid productions for stills and live-action and explore AI, CGI, and virtual production to push creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience producing stills, live-action video, and post-production.
• Experience experimenting with AI, AR or virtual production and applying learnings.
• Strong organizational, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hybrid Productions: Own end-to-end production for still photography and live-action projects, from initial brief through delivery.
• Lead CGI & AI Productions: Bring ambitious AI and CGI concepts to life, guiding projects from the initial idea to polished stills and video.
• Make the Impossible Happen: Navigate complex challenges, move quickly, and find smart, creative solutions that keep ideas moving forward.
• Embrace the Hustle: Juggle multiple, diverse projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on craft, quality, and detail.
• Be a Cross-Functional Powerhouse: Operate without borders. Jump across teams, disciplines, and production challenges wherever you can make an impact.
• Elevate the Creative: Partner closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Writers, and other creative talent to push ideas further and make work that gets noticed.
• Drive New Ways of Working: Challenge traditional production models and actively look for opportunities to make our processes smarter, faster, more efficient, and more exciting.
