This role leads concepting, directing, and producing content across platforms, and invites you to mentor others while elevating brand narratives with AI-powered workflows.

As a hybrid, full-time position, it requires in-office presence at least four days a week and willingness to travel for client work.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, digital storytelling, or related fields.
• Expert knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and audiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with mentoring experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and post-production workflows.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of content types, from short-form video to motion graphics.
• Passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative content strategies and executions for multiple brands and platforms
• Mentor and guide junior creators, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and excellence
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to shape brand storytelling
• Direct and oversee content shoots, ensuring creative vision and production quality
• Edit and refine content with a strong eye for detail, pacing, and platform-specific nuances
• Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
• Champion the integration of AI and automation tools to enhance creative workflows and storytelling
• Uphold and elevate the creative integrity of all content produced
