Job summary

Saatchi US is seeking a highly adaptable Creative Producer who thrives at the intersection of big creative thinking, world-class production, and emerging technology. You’ll lead end-to-end production for stills and live-action, guide AI/CGI concepts, and push for smarter, faster ways of working.

You’ll collaborate with Creative Directors and other talent to shape what production looks like next, embracing a fast-moving environment and delivering outstanding work with energy and resilience.

Qualifications

• End-to-End Production & Management: Proven, hands-on experience producing stills, live-action video, and post-production, with multi-project oversight in fast-paced creative environments.
• Proven Curiosity in Emerging Tech: Demonstrated experimentation with AI, AR, or virtual production and ability to articulate learnings and impact.
• Exceptional Soft Skills: Highly organized problem-solver and strong negotiator with cross-functional relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hybrid Productions: Own end-to-end production for still photography and live-action projects, from brief to delivery.
• Lead CGI & AI Productions: Bring ambitious AI and CGI concepts to life from idea to polished stills and video.
• Make the Impossible Happen: Navigate challenges, move quickly, and find smart, creative solutions.
• Embrace the Hustle: Juggle multiple projects while maintaining craft, quality, and detail.
• Be a Cross-Functional Powerhouse: Collaborate across teams, disciplines, and challenges for impact.
• Elevate the Creative: Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Writers, and talent to push ideas.
• Drive New Ways of Working: Improve processes to be faster, smarter, and more exciting.
