• Experience leading major brand identity, packaging or design-system work across portfolios.
• Experience leading external creative and design agencies and inspiring partners.
• Outstanding creative judgment and the ability to explain why something works.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to develop persuasive presentations and influence CEO/C-suite.
