Confidential in New York, NY, seeks a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal & Closing Coordinator to support a busy transactional practice. The role is hybrid, temporary with potential for permanent, with 3 days in the office and strong interaction with attorneys and lenders throughout the deal lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of CRE experience, familiarity with closing processes, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with closing processes and transaction documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience using AI tools for workflow support is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Track transaction deliverables, deadlines, and closing checklists.
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, borrowers, title companies and others.
• Maintain organized virtual deal rooms and transaction files.
• Collect and organize due diligence materials and third-party reports.
• Prepare execution copies, signatures, and distribution of documents.
• Assemble closing binders and final transaction documents.
• Assist with document preparation using templates and forms.
• Support attorneys with overall coordination of high-volume transactions.
• Use AI and other tools to support efficient workflows.
