Job summary

CREA | Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Winter Garden, FL, is seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Broker. The hybrid role focuses on sourcing, managing, and closing leasing and sales for medical office and other properties across Central Florida, including Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville markets.

You will prospect, network, conduct market research, prepare financial analyses, and coordinate timelines while advocating CREA’s values in client service and transparency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Commercial Real Estate.
• Proficiency in Lease Negotiations, including financial analysis, term structuring, and drafting or reviewing deal summaries.
• Experience with Tenant Representation, site selection, space planning, and deal execution.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, relationship-building, and closing transactions.
• Active Florida real estate sales associate or broker license (or eligibility to obtain within a defined timeframe).
• Knowledge of local Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville markets; experience with medical office is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with comfort interacting with medical professionals, business owners, and investors.
• High level of self-motivation, integrity, and accountability, with the ability to manage a hybrid schedule and work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic financial modeling (e.g., Excel), and online listing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage client relationships, focusing on leasing and sales transactions.
• Day-to-day activities include prospecting and networking for new business, conducting market research and property tours.
• Prepare financial analyses and proposals, and negotiate lease and sale terms.
• Coordinate transaction timelines, collaborating with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
• Maintain accurate records in brokerage systems and represent CREA’s values of professionalism, transparency, and client advocacy.
