Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a Craft Workforce Development Coordinator in Atlanta. The hybrid role blends on-site engagement with data-driven optimization, supporting career fairs, tours, and apprenticeship programs while strengthening relationships with project teams.

You will own event data across Salesforce, iCIMS and SuccessFactors, build dashboards in Power BI, and automate reporting to help leadership act quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of coordination or operations with reporting ownership.
• Proven ability to build dashboards, reports, or automated workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills, Pivot Tables, Lookups, data cleaning.
• Experience with Salesforce, iCIMS, SuccessFactors or comparable CRM/ATS/HRIS.
• Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar tools.
• Comfort using AI tools for drafting and reporting, with careful verification.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple events and projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Keep recruiting and apprenticeship events running – career fairs, signing days, jobsite tours, and hiring events.
• Own the data – maintain event, contact, and activity records in Salesforce, iCIMS, and SuccessFactors, and keep them clean for leadership.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports on hiring activity, apprenticeship progression, and event results using automation and AI tools.
• Write and maintain procedures, templates, and onboarding materials the team runs on.
• Track milestones and deliverables across team initiatives and support Field Apprenticeship Program records.
