Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, part of CRH Americas Building Products, is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to join our Atlanta, GA team in a hybrid role. The role owns financial performance analysis, reporting, and insights tied to enterprise initiatives, CapEx, pricing, transportation, and cost analytics.

You’ll leverage SQL, SAP, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to translate complex datasets into decision-ready outputs for leadership and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, business analysis, or data analytics experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance BP, Operations, and Procurement to intake, prioritize, and deliver dashboards and reports.
• Use SQL to extract and analyze datasets.
• Develop dashboards using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Translate data into P&L, ROI, and variance insights.
• Ensure data accuracy through auditing, reconciliation, and validation.
• Support ad hoc analyses, business cases, and ROI tracking.
