Brasfield & Gorrie seeks a Craft Workforce Development Coordinator to drive recruiting and apprenticeship initiatives. You will organize career fairs, signing days, tours, and events while building dashboards and reports to inform leadership.

This hybrid, in-office role is based in Atlanta and focuses on relationships and data-driven insights. You will manage records in Salesforce/iCIMS/SuccessFactors, create automated workflows, and develop templates and onboarding materials to support

Qualifications

3+ years of coordination, program support, or analyst experience with real reporting ownership.
Proven ability to build dashboards, reports, or automated workflows; show us a sample.
Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning.
Experience with Salesforce, iCIMS, SuccessFactors, or similar CRM/HRIS.
Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools.
Comfort using AI tools for drafting and reporting and verify outputs.

Responsabilités

Keep recruiting and apprenticeship events running: career fairs, signing days, tours, and hiring events with materials and setup.
Own the data: maintain event, contact, and activity records in CRM/ATS and keep them clean for leadership.
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on hiring activity and event outcomes using automation/AI.
Write and maintain procedures, templates, and onboarding materials for the team.
Track milestones across initiatives and coordinate with multiple projects and check-ins.
