Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• One-year full-time social services, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, general office, or FPS experience.
• Thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university.
• Must have a reliable motor vehicle, valid Texas driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation for clients to and from appointments as requested by caseworkers and/or Unit Supervisor.
• Travel is required up to 95% of the work week.
• Observes and supervises parent and child visits.
• Completes forms and documentation including data entry into IMPACT and other systems.
• Maintains appointment calendar for scheduling requests by caseworkers/supervisor.
• Performs clerical duties such as typing, filing, faxing, copying, and answering telephones.
