Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• One-year full-time social services, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, general office, or FPS experience.
• Thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for clients to appointments as requested.
• Observe and supervise parent–child visits.
• Complete forms and document client contact in IMPACT and other agency systems.
• Maintain outgoing paper and/or electronic appointment calendar for scheduling requests from caseworkers/supervisor.
• Perform clerical duties (typing, filing, faxing, copying, answering/receiving calls).
• Promote and demonstrate respect for cultural diversity among coworkers and contacts.
• Attend work regularly in accordance with agency leave policy.
