Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year full-time social services/clerical/administrative support experience.
• Thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation for clients to and from appointments per caseworkers' requests.
• Travel required up to 95% of the work week.
• Observes and supervises parent and child visits.
• Completes forms and documents client contact in agency systems.
• Maintains outgoing appointment calendars for scheduling requests.
• Performs clerical duties such as typing, filing, faxing, and answering calls.
• Show respect for cultural diversity in all contacts.
• Regular attendance per agency policy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
