Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of full-time social services, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, general office, or FPS experience; substitutions: 30 semester hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for clients to appointments as requested by caseworkers.
• Travel up to 95% of the work week.
• Observe and supervise parent-child visits.
• Enter data into IMPACT and other systems.
• Maintain appointment calendars and perform clerical duties.
• Support staff and diverse contacts with professionalism.
