Responsibilities

• Oversee bid preparation, review terms with Legal, assess risks and ensure conformance.
• Act as commercial project entrepreneur from order intake to warranty phase.
• Identify risks/opportunities with Project Manager and develop countermeasures.
• Prepare and present commercial topics in internal and external project meetings.
• Manage customer requirements and stakeholder expectations with Project Manager.
• Enforce contract and claim management to secure project target.
• Ensure IFRS/US GAAP compliance and related controls.
