Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in commercial project controlling/management in construction projects.
• PM@Siemens - CPM certificate or equivalent.
• Required travel: 10-20%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project life cycle from bid to completion.
• Oversee bid preparation, contract terms and risk evaluation with Legal support.
• Forecasting, budgeting, cost control and ensuring timely invoicing in SAP.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and cross-functional teams to meet project targets.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, tax and other regulations.
