Job summary

First Place for Youth in Oakland, California is seeking a County Program Manager who will supervise a multi-disciplinary team serving 18-24-year-old transition-age foster youth. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with county partners, and a focus on housing, education and employment outcomes.

You will guide program operations, ensure data accuracy, and drive continuous quality improvement while coordinating with the Director of Programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field required.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework experience.
• LCSW or MFT with two years post-licensure preferred.
• 5+ years direct service experience with foster youth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a multi-disciplinary team of social work and case management staff.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, track outcomes, and manage budgets/grants.
• Oversee intake and referral to ensure full census and retention of youth in housing.
• Develop relationships with county social work and probation partners.
• Ensure fidelity to program model and timely submission of data and reports.
