First Place for Youth in Oakland, CA seeks a Clinical Program Manager to supervise Master’s level social workers and a multidisciplinary team, overseeing housing, employment, and education components for 18-24 year old foster youth. The role ensures program quality, compliance, and outcomes with a strong emphasis on trauma‑informed care.

You will lead staff, coordinate with county partners, and manage budgets/grants while driving continuous quality improvement and youth development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework in family or child welfare.
• LCSW or MFT with two years post-licensure experience preferred.
• 2–4 years managerial experience and strong cultural competency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a multi-disciplinary team of social workers and case managers.
