Job summary

NOBEL Women is seeking a Cost Accountant to join our growing finance team. You will analyze cost drivers, support month-end close, and transform financial data into insights that support strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Cost Accounting Supervisor, you will partner with Operations and other departments on inventory, fixed assets, WIP, and audits, while ensuring SOX controls and policy compliance. This hybrid role requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Cost/manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end close processes under US GAAP.
• Prepare month-end journal entries, GL analyses, and reconciliations.
• Support inventory, fixed assets, WIP, and sheet-to-floor verifications.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls; provide ad hoc reports.
