Job summary

NOBEL Women is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our growing finance team in a hybrid role with regular onsite presence. You will support month-end and quarter-end close activities, analyze cost drivers, and transform financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

You will work with cross-functional teams, participate in SOX controls, and help drive improvements in cost accounting processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance under US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in assigned accounting activities and month-end close processes in accordance with US GAAP.
• Perform assigned accounting tasks and provide ad hoc analyses, reports, and support as needed.
• Prepare month-end journal entries, general ledger account analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations using BlackLine.
• Partner with Operations and other departments to support inventory cycle count reporting, year-end fixed asset verification, WIP audits, and sheet-to-floor inventory verification.
