Job summary

NOBEL Women is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our growing team. You will support month-end close, analyze cost drivers, and transform financial data into insights to guide strategic decisions.

The role is hybrid with regular onsite presence and cross‑functional collaboration across the organization. You will prepare journal entries, perform GL analyses, and assist with SOX compliance while partnering with Operations on inventory and asset verifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, or related area.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end/quarter-end close per US GAAP.
• Provide ad hoc analyses, reports, and support as needed.
• Prepare month-end journal entries, GL analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations using BlackLine.
• Collaborate with Operations to support inventory counts, fixed asset verifications, and WIP audits.
• Identify issues impacting timely close and escalate to Cost Accounting Supervisor.
• Seek opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and refine processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOX controls and quarterly Site Analytics reporting.
