TKD, a New York City-based mid-size law firm, seeks an associate for the Corporate Securities Practice Group with 3–12 years of experience in capital-raising transactions, securities regulation, mergers & acquisitions, and general counsel support.

The role involves significant client contact, top-quality drafting, research, and advisory work for domestic and international middle-market clients. TKD offers a hybrid schedule with in-office Tue–Thu and remote Mon/Fri.

Qualifications

• 3–12 years of experience in capital-raising transactions in private markets, securities regulation, M&A, and related areas.
• Excellent drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Commitment to exceptional client service and top-quality work products.

Responsibilities

• Participates in representing clients in strategic transactions, restructurings, and reorganizations.
• Represents clients in equity and debt financings, especially growth-stage companies.
• Advise clients on inquiries from regulatory agencies and the business community.
• Perform various client services and support duties as assigned by supervising Partner.
