Associates will advise on public and private offerings, SEC reporting, and general corporate transactions, working alongside senior attorneys on sophisticated deals across industries.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with securities and capital markets transactions, including public and/or private offerings.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and public company representation.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters is a plus.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience at an Am Law 200 or comparable law firm preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including offerings and regulatory compliance.
• Support public company reporting obligations and ongoing corporate governance needs.
• Work on mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters with experienced attorneys.
