• 3–12 years of experience in complex commercial litigation (5–7 years preferred).
• Excellent writing, research, analytical and communication skills.
• Admitted to New York State and Federal Courts; NJ admission a plus.
• Hybrid schedule: in-office Tue/Wed/Thu; remote Mon/Fri.
• Strong work ethic, responsive, client service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Draft motion papers, pleadings, memos, and briefs in courts and ADR.
• Conduct research; knowledge of Westlaw.
• Draft discovery demands/responses; e-discovery.
• Communicate effectively with international clientele.
