TKD seeks an associate to join our Litigation Practice Group in New York City. The ideal candidate has 3–12 years of experience managing all phases of complex commercial litigation, with excellent writing, research, and communication skills.

This role requires NY and Federal court admissions, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering top service to a global client base. TKD offers a hybrid schedule (in-office Tue–Thu) with remote Mon and Fri and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to New York State and Federal Courts.
• 3–12 years of experience in complex commercial litigation (5–7 years preferred).
• Excellent writing, research, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft complete sets of motion papers, pleadings, and briefs in state/federal courts and ADR proceedings.
• Research effectively using Westlaw.
• Draft discovery demands and responses; versed in e-discovery.
• Communicate effectively with an international clientele.
