Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Corporate Recruiter II to lead complex, high-volume hiring efforts and independently own hard-to-fill roles across major projects. You will develop advanced sourcing strategies, partner with senior leaders, and drive diversity initiatives while shaping Talent Acquisition strategy.

You will work on-site four days a week in a hybrid arrangement, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter to deliver top talent.

Qualifications

• Provide consultative recruiting services including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations.
• Continuous networking and pipelining to identify talent for current openings and potential future needs.
• Share data insights with hiring managers to influence approach to filling roles.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers about talent assumptions and provide creative solutions.
• Execution of diversity plans and overall talent acquisition strategies.
• Maintains clear communication with all applicants, answering questions about job status.
• Ensure candidate flow to meet and exceed hiring goals.
• Assist the team with planning and participation in hiring events.
• Collaborate with sourcing team to create strategic sourcing plans to address open requisitions.
