• Ideal candidate has experience executing merger and acquisition transactions for private and public companies, with exposure to capital markets matters such as public offerings, SEC reporting, or related securities work.
• Must have relevant law firm experience, commitment to mastering M&A, and strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Assist/manage complex transactions from inception to closing and related activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients with professionalism.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business professionals to develop transaction strategies.
• Attend client calls and meetings; support negotiations and other high-level activities.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with legal standards and stay updated on changes in law.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance legal knowledge and leadership skills.
• Participate in firm citizenship and pro bono initiatives.
