Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and business agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance, business transactions, and general corporate matters.
• Assist with real estate transactions, leases, and property matters.
• Support estate planning, tax planning and compliance.
• Manage collections-related litigation and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Research government contracting requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
