Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in good standing.
• 1–3 years of experience in law firm or in-house legal.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, leases, and licenses.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Support corporate governance and annual filings.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and report impacts.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Develop training programs for employees on legal topics.
