This hybrid role collaborates with HR, Finance, Operations, Tax, and other functions to support risk management and strategic initiatives.

Requirements include a JD, active Bar membership, 1–3 years in law firm or in-house, and strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills to advise on

Competenze

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in good standing.
• 1–3 years of experience in law firm or in-house legal.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, leases, and licenses.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
