Job summary

Movers Specialty Service (MSS) is seeking a full-time Corporate Accountant to oversee accounting, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting across its divisions. Located in Montgomeryville, PA, this role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and supports a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years of corporate or public accounting experience, with strong Excel and MS 365 BC skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years corporate or public accounting experience required
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Business Central preferred
• Payroll processing experience preferred
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close required

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, allocations, and adjusting entries
• Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations including intercompany and clearing accounts
• Process payroll and payroll-related entries and reconciliations
• Prepare schedules and documentation for audits and external tax filings
