Job summary

MSA, The Safety Company is seeking an Accountant in Cranberry Township, PA to participate in monthly and quarterly closes, support SEC filings, and perform financial analyses. You will work with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Audit teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and excellent communication. Hybrid work options are available in this dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statements.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation processes including consolidation and journal entries.
• Prepare Forms 10-Q and 10-K with footnote support and schedules.
• Support SOX 302 process and internal controls processes.
