Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance, economics, data analytics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or reporting experience with SOX familiarity.
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data analysis tools.
• Willingness to learn AI tools, automation platforms and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly accounting activities for financial close accurately and on a timely basis.
• Identify repetitive accounting tasks and support process improvements through workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, and system enhancements where appropriate.
• Support the evaluation and responsible use of AI, automation, and other system tools by considering data quality, security, compliance, internal controls, and business process impacts.
• Manage accounting and reporting activities related to cash, debt, prepaids, and other corporate accounting functions.
• Perform reconciliations on accounting records.
• Perform financial analysis.
• Comply with relevant accounting standards and SOX controls.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
