You will collaborate with Systems Engineers to define requirements, develop robust vehicle-system algorithms, and define tests including unit, HIL, and vehicle testing from specifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Two years of experience in embedded controls or controls software development; Simulink, MATLAB; and controls software development in C.

Responsabilidades

• Create new control strategies, diagnostics, and communication methods for GM portfolio.
• Develop controls and diagnostics using common methods for VMEC features.
• Research and develop novel control solutions across domains including chemical, electrical, mechanical, and thermal.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers to define vehicle, sub-system, and behavioral requirements.
• Define software unit tests, HIL, and vehicle tests from customer expectations and system requirements.
