Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering/technical experience.
• 5+ years as technical lead or project manager.
• Experience with real-time embedded software development and validation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery plans for VMEC embedded control products.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate with calibration, SW DRE, HW teams.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous process improvements.
