Job summary

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to translate functional requirements into software strategies, coding in C and Simulink, and validating via virtual systems and bench tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering field; relevant coursework acceptable.
• 3 years of experience as Project Engineer, Program Analyst, or related occupation; OR 1 year with a Master’s degree.
• 1 year of experience in: C, Simulink, Stateflow, GIT, plant modeling; SIL/HIL development; embedded software and controls development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement controls software and diagnostic algorithms for GM’s vehicle portfolio.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to translate requirements into software strategies.
• Create and modify unit tests and multicomponent tests; verify with GM’s virtual systems, benches and vehicles.
