Job summary

CyberOne is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead accounting operations from our Plano, Texas office in a hybrid work model. You will steer the close process, manage two accounting professionals, and partner with the CFO to deliver GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ERP and Excel proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive financial performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience leading monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Partner with department leaders to drive accountability and performance.
• Support external audit activities and maintain audit-ready records.
• Provide CFO with timely financial insights.
