Job summary

CyberOne, located in Plano, TX, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations, close processes, financial reporting, and internal controls. This hands-on leadership role oversees two accounting professionals and partners with the CFO to drive financial strategy.

The hybrid role requires residency in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with in-office commuting to the Plano site. A strong background in GAAP, ERP systems, and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a Controller role.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accurate reporting.
• Oversee A/P, A/R, general ledger, and cash management.
• Provide financial insights to CFO and leadership team.
• Develop accounting policies and internal controls.
• Partner with department leaders to improve financial accountability.
