Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting for assigned accounts and collaborate with the Senior Controller to support financial operations across the region. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, requiring close partnership with operations and finance leadership to drive performance.

This hybrid position favors candidates in Austin, TX or Nashville, TN, with regular onsite presence two to three days per week to support business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in financial reporting and month-end close.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analyses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP and S/4HANA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform transactional bookkeeping and accounting tasks with journal entries and general ledger allocations.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results for internal and external use.
• Maintain monthly P/L and balance sheet activity; resolve issues.
• Develop forecasts and budgets, identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external audits.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts.
• Communicate financial findings to management for decision-making.
