Eurest USA, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Senior Accountant for a hybrid role based out of Nashville, TN (with preference for Austin, TX). You will oversee accounting for assigned accounts, partner with the Senior Controller, and ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across the region.

The position emphasizes collaboration with operations and finance leadership, a strong close process, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in financial reporting and month-end close processes.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting activities for assigned account(s).
• Support monthly/quarterly close processes and balance sheet/P&L reviews.
• Develop forecasts and budgets; identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports and support internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with operations and finance leadership for accurate reporting.
