Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or Paralegal degree/experience preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years related experience.
• US work authorization indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the full contract lifecycle including drafting, review, approval and archival.
• Draft, review and negotiate client and vendor agreements.
• Liaise with external counsel when required.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standard terms.
• Oversee contract renewal cycles and key terms for compliance.
• Administer internal electronic signature tooling for contracts and statements of work.
