Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Lancaster, PA seeks a Contracts Specialist/Project Manager to own the contract lifecycle from drafting through renewal. You will liaise with clients, senior leadership and external counsel to ensure compliant, timely agreements and optimal negotiation outcomes.

The role requires a paralegal or similar background, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years of related experience. Hybrid schedule with a mix of office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years related experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve standardized PSS MSA drafts and accompanying documents.
• Draft, review and negotiate client and vendor agreements.
• Review draft contract agreements against internal policy for deviations.
• Manage contract data for timeliness, accuracy and quality.
• Oversee renewal cycle and key term summaries for compliance.
• Administer internal electronic signature application for contracts and SOWs.
