Job summary

Eurofins NDSC Environment Testing Americas seeks a Contract Administrator to join the Lancaster, PA team. You will manage, review, and administer contracts to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and you will coordinate with legal, finance, and lab management for project needs.

The role requires a BA/BS and at least 3 years of contract management experience, with strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience with corporate contract management.
• Familiarity with legal documents and terminology; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain a contract filing system and interpret contract provisions for managers and parties involved.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for contract development.
• Develop and implement contract management tools and procedures.
• Coordinate gathering of information from laboratory management for projects and client requests.
• Monitor contract compliance and rectify non-compliance issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for contractors and internal teams; reconcile contract and financial data for leadership meetings.
