Job summary

Eurofins Professional Scientific Services NBLSC, LLC is seeking a Contracts Specialist/Project Manager to oversee contract lifecycle, negotiation, and compliance with internal policies. This role collaborates with clients, senior leadership, and outside counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.

Based in Lancaster, PA, the position is full-time, with a hybrid schedule (1 day in the Lancaster office, 4 days remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years related experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve standardized MSAs, PA, and SOWs to ensure compliance and drive business success.
• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts.
• Ensure contracts meet internal policy, track timelines, and manage renewal cycles.
