Job summary

IntelliPro is hiring a Procurement Operations Specialist III for a 12-month hybrid role based in RTP, NC. The position supports contract lifecycle, P2P, and external workforce management with Fieldglass, Coupa, and Oracle iProcurement experience. Expect in-office Tue–Thu; W2 pay rate $67–$76.35/hr.

Responsibilities include managing contracts, PO workflows, process improvements, and reporting. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or operations or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of pharma/biotech/finance procurement experience.
• Experience with CLM, P2P, and PO administration.
• Familiarity with Oracle iProcurement, Coupa, and Fieldglass.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Oversee Procure-to-Pay, from requisitions to PO closure.
• Drive procurement process improvements and risk reduction.
• Manage external workforce via Fieldglass; renewals & SOWs.
• Maintain contract records, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audit readiness.
