IntelliPro is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist for a 6-month contract to support indirect procurement across Corporate & Professional Services, Office Supplies/IT, and related categories.

The role emphasizes P2P processes, contract negotiations, and collaboration with legal in a remote setup. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise procurement, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to manage sourcing end-to-end in large environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive indirect procurement experience in a large corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract execution, and procurement compliance processes end-to-end.
• College Degree is must.
• Must have worked in Enterprise originations or large markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute RFX/RFPs, contract negotiations, and govern functional approvals for assigned indirect Procurement topics.
• Monitor requisition, approval, and PO processes in the Procure 2 Pay platform (Zycus), handling order confirmation with suppliers and transactional support.
• Assist business requestors with navigating the Procure 2 Pay system, training, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with no-po no-pay policy.
• Gather quotations, examine bids, and make awards in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure spend decisions target lowest logical cost and align with market benchmarks.
• Evaluate vendor reliability and develop new supply sources when needed.
• Support special projects, including data gathering for sourcing events or vendor programs.
• Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders on contract negotiations.

Position Overview

• Representative indirect category activities this role may be asked to support include Corporate & Professional Services, Office Supplies/IT Peripherals, Telecommunications, MRO/Facility expenses, Tail Spend, Contractor Services.
• Experience with a major Procure 2 Pay system (Coupa, Ariba, GEP, Ivalue or Zycus) is critical for this role. Candidates should have experience negotiating contracts and working with legal .

Position Responsibilities

• Execute RFX/RFPs, contract negotiations, and govern functional approvals for assigned indirect Procurement topics.
• Efficiently monitor requisition, approval, and PO processes in the organization's Procure 2 Pay platform (Zycus), handling order confirmation process with suppliers as well as transactional support as needed.
• Assist business requestors navigate the Procure 2 Pay system including training/troubleshooting, and guidance to enable compliance with a no-po no-pay policy.
• Gather quotations, examines bids and makes awards in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure spend decisions target lowest logical cost and are within applicable market benchmarks.
• Evaluates vendor reliability and develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitive.
• Support special project events as assigned, which may include data gathering for sourcing events or managing the standup of vendor programs such as Catalog solutions or vendor specific discount programs.
• Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders on any contract negotiations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Extensive indirect procurement experience in a large corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract execution, and procurement compliance processes end-to-end.
• College Degree is must.
• Must be worked in Enterprise originations or large markets.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems.
• Hands-on experience handling requisition processing and approval workflows.
• Proven background in sourcing and purchasing indirect procurement categories.
• Experience negotiating contracts and partnering with legal teams throughout the contract review and execution process.
• Must have experience working in large enterprise organizations and supporting complex, high-volume procurement environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
