Preferred candidates have at least 3+ years in contract administration and a paralegal certification, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Contract administration, claims review, risk management for A/E/C industries.
• Paralegal certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review design, consulting, and construction contracts to identify risk exposures and provide guidance.
• Negotiate and finalize contractual risk and insurance provisions with clients and counsel.
• Coordinate with broker teams on insurance requirements and risk management issues.
• Assist in claims reporting and loss control, monitoring client losses with carriers.
• Support client claims reviews and renewal processes.
